Getting Started with Digital Design in Courses: Adobe Creative Cloud Express Online

Faculty and instructors, learn to leverage Adobe Creative Cloud in your courses for increased student engagement. All students have free access to an Auburn Adobe ID http://adobe.auburn.edu to help them learn digital creativity skills. Explore Adobe Creative Cloud Express, an app that allows everyone to create beautiful graphics, web stories, slideshows, and video, Adobe Stock- free, high-resolution images for use in projects, and Adobe Premiere Rush- a user-friendly video editing app. Access Adobe’s free resources that will empower you to use more powerful apps such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. Bring a laptop to join in. Consult with instructional technology specialists on integrating Adobe Creative Cloud applications into your courses to promote students’ digital literacy, applicable in any area of study. Come away from this session with an assignment incorporating multimodal learning ready to implement in your course, increasing student engagement and digital creation skills. Session offered in-person and via Zoom; recommend in-person attendance for best experience.
